Blueberry Banana Protein Daystarter Smoothie
This deliciously protein-packed smoothie starts your day off with about four servings of fruit and veggies, plus 25g of protein.
- 1 cup Root 24 Organic Frozen Blueberries
- ½ banana
- 2 cups packed fresh organic spinach
- 2 ribs of fresh organic celery chopped (optional)
- ¼ cup roasted pecans or almonds
- 1 cup lowfat Greek yogurt 2%
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
