Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 small bananas peeled and sliced
  • cups fresh or frozen Root 24 Farms Organic Blueberries you may substitute ½ cup Root 24 Farm dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons Root 24 Farms Organic Blueberry Powder to add extra nutrition flavor, and bold color

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold. Sprinkle with extra blueberries and banana slices, if desired. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
