Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups dairy or non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 small bananas peeled and sliced
- 1½ cups fresh or frozen Root 24 Farms Organic Blueberries you may substitute ½ cup Root 24 Farm dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 2 tablespoons Root 24 Farms Organic Blueberry Powder to add extra nutrition flavor, and bold color
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and place in fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy cold. Sprinkle with extra blueberries and banana slices, if desired. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
