Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Root 24 Organic Frozen Blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • 2 cups packed fresh organic spinach
  • 2 ribs of fresh organic celery chopped (optional)
  • ¼ cup roasted pecans or almonds
  • 1 cup lowfat Greek yogurt 2%
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
